Quogue Real Estate Information

The Village of Quogue, founded in 1659 came into its own as a summer resort community in the 1890’s, a period known in the Village as the boarding house era. Following lengthy debate, the Village was incorporated in 1928 thereby giving it the autonomy it needed to develop over the years at its own measured pace.

Today, Quogue proudly stands apart from the "Hamptons Scene" focusing as it always has, on wholesome family oriented activities. Quogue enjoys a timeless elegance with its wide tree lined lanes and quiet standard of living.  Quogue also boasts, the much sought after, Quogue School District

Quogue real estate is a distinguished mix of stately homes, quiet cottages and luxury summer rentals located either on its sparkling oceanfront, shimmering bayfront or in the historic village. Dune Road leads to both spacious modern and traditional oceanfront homes and picturesque properties with docks on Quantuck Bay. Quogue, just east of Westhampton, reaches from the Montauk Highway, south to the Atlantic Ocean. Between the ocean barrier beach and the upland lies portions of the Great South Bay both affording many recreational activities including boating, kayaking, swimming, surfing and fishing.

Quogue is home to the historic, The Inn At Quogue Now, The Quogue Club.
